Well our second RSP drill weekend was not a much fun as the first be never than less fun. Gripes included pouring rain, no helos (weather), and no combatives training. However, we won the drill and cermeony and PT ribbons. And apparrently Im now the PG. So all in all a pretty good weekend. I also beat my best mile time ever. Oh and BTW drilled constantly. Guess it worked cause we won the competition.

mine is not really much like i imagine basic being. they aren't really hard on us, but i still like being there and it's not like civilian life. something in between, i guess.

Gripes aside I'm sorry I missed it (we are in the same RSP in NY), but I am proud to announce the birth of my first child, a baby girl.

congrats!
Seems like yesterday my babygirl could fit in two hands, and last night I watched her smack a triple off the fence to drive in two runs...

Kids are great, cherish every moment you have. AND Nothing beats Little League Baseball!! I have been a coach in it since my son was 3 and he is almost 8 now. Wouldnt trade those experiences for anything. Cant beat a ball park Coke, with the good ice!!
