Wake up before the rest of America
Wonder to yourself why you didnt go Airforce
Make bed, put on PT uniform, shave
Report downstairs for formation
Move on out to PT field/area
Do about 30-60min of organized PT
Go to breakfast. Eat breakfast. Taste it later.
Report back, change into designated uniform with gear required for training day
Perform said training to standard
Return to barracks, put gear away.
Spend whatever freetime is left before lights out showering, writing letters, relaxing, listening to any info the DS puts out, mail call.
Go to sleep.
Get woken up what feels like 20 minutes afterward for FireGuard
Try not to fall asleep standing up during Fireguard.
Wake up relief.
Go back to sleep.
Wake up what feels like 20 minutes after that.
Repeat.

I concur schedule was similar to the Air Force BMT. My daughter just graduated from Slackland AFB in May. They are very courtesy, discipline, and D&C very well. I couldn't for the life of me imagine going thru their BMT. I seen so many recruits getting PX priviledges, day room, and allowed free time on the weekends in squadron area granted this is probably weeks 3-6 but still. I know I received a call from her at least twice a week. I will have to say the first word out of their mouths was sir/maam and their ABU's were emaculant. I was impressed but I raised her to be a Marine and her TI told me she was a wolf amoung sheep....I told him I'd have know other way. Funny thing is most air force BMT graduates wished they joined the Army or Marines.

different mission; different boot camp. But they do Drill and Ceremony real well and wear their uniforms to good standards. My cousin who was active duty chair force told me that I was a rebel since I been both to army and marine boots. he was allowed to drink soda during his basic. in the marines, we ate in squares and if you looked anywhere else, your tray was thrown to the deck and you get a vocal arse kicking and to get the **** outta here
