Going Into National Guard As Fire Fighter

When i go into the national guard. And they call you up. How do they call you. Do you have a pager, do they call you at home, what happens if you aren't home?

Your unit will call you via land line or cell phone. As long as your contact information is up to date they will get a hold of you. They will continue to try and contact you before you go on to Title 10 orders. If you do not show up for drill or when you are come on to Title 10 (full time active duty orders) you will become AWOL (absent without leave) and could be jailed or discharged.
