Prior service USMC bonus question

I am prior USMC 90-94 and am wondering how much bonus I would get for a six year contract. Do I have to have a needed MOS? If so why do non-priors get a bigger signing bonus?

The prior service bonus for six years would be 15K.

Kansas. 15K for 6yrs. 1/2 up front and 1/2 in 3yrs.? Do I have to get a critical mos to get the bonus. Just need to pay alot of bills off. Would join anyway but this really helps out.
