honestly BCT is the best time (adventureous) your goin to have or maybe the best time your will get so far... just all you have to remember they train yu to be part of the best milatary in the world so its going to be hard
trust me you will experince things, accomplish things, learn things. and do nothing than better yourself... its fun if you make it so

Very few people don't make it through. Im not sure what happens if u just break down and give up but if you are injured you are either out for good or they set it up for you to come back at a later date..correct?

Just some advice, get in good shape physically, I was not and got hurt in basic and was discharged. Also, stay out of trouble, you can wait 9 weeks not to fraternize. I got in a lot of trouble for that and tobacco.

if you dont make it through a certain part or task of basic combat training, normally they will keep testing you until you get it, if its something big like you cant qual with your weapon they will send you with other units until either you do, or the company moves on to other weapons training, and since you can participate they usually restart you into another unit who is earlier in training so you can redo it. DONT DONT DONT horse around and screw off and fight in your barracks, even playing around, i have seen people in week 12 break a bone doing that and get restarted back to week 3. at benning our first 3 weeks were **** week, its pretty tough, after that you start building a relationship with your platoon and will start working as a team, when you accomplish that, you will start to have fun. the hardest part is just getting everyone to cooperate. and to tell you the truth my platoon never really did, and we spent alot of time on our face. but the good thing about when they beat you up is they are usually saying some really funny **** depending on which base you go to haha.
