I am shipping out to Ft Leonard Wood in a little over a week, my boyfriend is already there. I know we are not aloud to see or fraternize with each other but will we be able to send letters? Also will they read our mail? Another thing is that at RSP they said that we can take our cell phones and use them in our hour of personal time each night as long as we don't mess up in final formation, is this true becuse everyone I talk to tells me that the don't believe that?
