SPC James Kimball, of Moore, OK, was 7 years old when his current National Guard unit responded to the May 3, 1999, tornado. Kimball, now a Veteran of Afghanistan, was called to Active Duty to assist with the May 20 tornado that again struck his hometown of Moore.
